mcbaji Terms & Conditions

📖 1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the mcbaji website accessible at mcbaji.app and all associated mobile-browser interfaces, pages, games, betting markets, and account management tools operated by mcbaji.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by you upon successful completion of the mcbaji registration process.
• "Wallet" means the internal credit balance held within your Account that may be used to place wagers on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any sports bet, casino game round, arcade game credit, or other wagering activity you conduct through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback award, or other incentive granted by mcbaji to your Wallet subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone used as the reference for all Platform timestamps, promotional periods, and settlement deadlines.

✅ 2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any feature of the Platform. mcbaji reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory evidence of age, your Account will be suspended and any Wallet balance may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each natural person is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or substitute accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances. 2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. mcbaji is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

mcbaji is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. mcbaji makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

🔐 3. Account Security

3.1 Credentials Responsibility

Your login credentials — mobile number and password — are personal to you. You are strictly forbidden from sharing your credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents claiming to act on your behalf. mcbaji will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where that access arose from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

You must notify mcbaji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your password has been compromised. mcbaji reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending a security review.

3.3 Device Security

You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the Platform is free from malware, keyloggers, or other software that could compromise your credentials. mcbaji recommends that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

💳 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mcbaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fee is charged by mcbaji; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which mcbaji accepts no liability.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳100 via bKash or Nagad; ৳200 via Rocket or Upay.
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: subject to your Account tier and verification status as displayed in your Account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (06:00–23:59 BST) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours or flagged for compliance review may take up to 24 hours. mcbaji is not liable for delays caused by your mobile financial service provider's own processing times.

4.4 Own Accounts Only

You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds pending investigation.

4.5 Verification Requirements

mcbaji reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance measure and does not imply wrongdoing. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your Wallet.

🎁 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the wagering requirements and eligibility criteria published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer. mcbaji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible game types, and time window applicable to each bonus are set out in the individual promotion's terms, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus eligibility will not contribute toward rollover completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mcbaji operates a strict no-abuse policy. Actions including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil rollover while minimising variance, or using bonus funds in a pattern that mcbaji determines is designed to exploit promotional terms rather than for genuine entertainment purposes will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that remain unused at the expiry date specified in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from your Wallet. mcbaji is under no obligation to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the expiry date stated at the time the bonus was issued.

🏏 6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by mcbaji. mcbaji reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — where a bet exceeds maximum liability thresholds, where the relevant market has been suspended, or where mcbaji has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed based on information not publicly available at the time.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. A bet is only accepted when the Platform returns a confirmation message and the relevant amount is deducted from your Wallet. In-play markets may be suspended during critical moments of a match (wickets, time-outs, reviews) and bets submitted during suspension will not be accepted.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet will be voided and the stake returned to your Wallet if: (a) the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play is completed; (b) a palpable pricing error is identified; (c) the result cannot be verified from official sources within the settlement window; or (d) mcbaji determines that match integrity has been compromised. Voided bets do not count toward bonus rollover requirements.

6.4 Settlement

mcbaji settles sports markets using official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). Where an official result is unavailable, mcbaji will use reputable third-party data providers. Settlement will occur as soon as reasonably practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event.

7.1 Game Providers

Casino games on the mcbaji platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game provider operates its own Random Number Generator ("RNG") certified for fairness. mcbaji does not influence game outcomes.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a disconnection, server error, or other technical malfunction during a game round, mcbaji will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs and honour any completed game round result. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to your Wallet. mcbaji accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity failures on the player's side.

7.3 Responsible Game Play

mcbaji strongly encourages all players to set session limits and loss limits before beginning a gaming session. These tools are available in your Account settings. mcbaji reserves the right to enforce mandatory cooling-off periods on any Account displaying patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour.

🚫 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mcbaji platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using Platform accounts or payment channels.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities and failing to report them promptly to mcbaji.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any data, odds, or intellectual property belonging to mcbaji or its game providers.

All content on the mcbaji Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of mcbaji or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without express prior written consent from mcbaji.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. mcbaji's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mcbaji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

mcbaji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at mcbaji.app/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. mcbaji implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

✏️ 12. Amendments to These Terms

mcbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mcbaji will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a platform announcement or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at mcbaji.app/terms-conditions.

🔴 13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any Wallet balance remaining after deduction of pending withdrawals and any applicable bonus forfeiture will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to verification requirements being met.

mcbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, or if mcbaji is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order. In such cases, mcbaji may withhold any Wallet balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

🌐 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through mcbaji's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
